(NASDAQ: CBAY) 31% HIGHER; announced today that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) lifted clinical holds on seladelpar for all three Investigational New Drug (IND) Applications in Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC).

Electrameccanica Vehicles Corp. (NASDAQ: SOLO) 11.4% HIGHER; gains on Tesla's results

Netgear, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) 8.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.54, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $280.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $235.29 million.

MarineMax (NYSE: HZO) 8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.58, $0.88 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $498.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $409.36 million.

Limelight Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: LLNW) 7.9% LOWER; announced its intention to offer and sell, subject to market conditions and other factors, $100 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2025 (the notes) in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). In connection with the offering of the notes, Limelight expects to grant the initial purchasers of the notes a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million aggregate principal amount of notes.

Universal Forest Products (NASDAQ: UFPI) 7.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.08, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.08 billion.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.50, $0.61 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Non-GAAP EPS was $2.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.23 billion.

Whirlpool (NYSE: WHR) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.15, $1.28 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.51 billion.

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) 3.4% HIGHER; gains on Tesla's results.

Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN) 2.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.35), $0.31 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $352.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $322.62 million. Not providing Q3 guidance.

Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) 2.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.46, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $36.5 billion.

Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) 2.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($1.39), $1.39 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $683 million versus the consensus estimate of $707.51 million.

    Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: SPAQ) 2% HIGHER; gains on Tesla's results.

    Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS) 1.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($1.20), $0.92 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.66 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.66 billion.

    Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ: NKLA) 1% HIGHER; gains on Tesla's results.
