Synlogic (NASDAQ: SYBX) 23.6% HIGHER; announced a platform collaboration to accelerate expansion and development of Synlogics pipeline of Synthetic Biotic medicines using Ginkgos cell programming platform.

Dave & Buster's Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) 17.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.13, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $363.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $371.01 million. Comparable store sales decreased 0.3%. Dave & Buster's Entertainment sees FY2019 revenue of $1.365-1.39 billion, versus the consensus of $1.4 billion.

MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: MX) 16.8% HIGHER; provided an update to its previous guidance for the second quarter of 2019. Revenue in the second quarter of 2019, ending June 30, is now expected to be at least $194 million, and gross profit margin is expected to be at least 21%. This updated guidance for the second quarter compares to the Company's previous guidance of revenue to be in the range of $173-181 million and gross profit margin to be in the range of 16-18%. (**Consensus sees Q2 revenue of $177 million)

Global Eagle Entertainment (NASDAQ: ENT) 16.6% HIGHER; Chairman, Jeffrey Leddy, bought 400,000 shares on 06/07 at prices ranging from $0.49 to $0.61. The average price paid was $0.54.

Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) 5.5% HIGHER; Rejects Another Merger Bid from Rival MGA Entertainment - LA Times

The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) 5% LOWER; Nomura/Instinet downgraded from Neutral to Reduce with a price target of $144.00.

Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO) 4% LOWER; Dassault Systemes is close to a deal to buy Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO), according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter. The deal could be announced as soon as today.

Kirkland's (NASDAQ: KIRK) 4% HIGHER; CEO, Steven Woodward, bought 42,918 shares on 06/10 at $2.36.

Aratana Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PETX) 3.1% HIGHER; announced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) approved an additional vial size (10 mL) for NOCITA® (bupivacaine liposome injectable suspension). NOCITA is currently available in a 20 mL vial size and Aratana continues to anticipate commercial availability of the NOCITA 10 mL vial by fall 2019.

Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) 3.1% LOWER; Evercore ISI downgraded from Outperform to In Line.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2.8% HIGHER; the company held its annual shareholder meeting. CEO Elon Musk says 'I want to be clear, there is not a demand problem'

Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) 2.7% LOWER; report yesterday from the Information that said Apple is in talks to acquire Intel's (NASDAQ: INTC) modem unit.

MarketAxess (NASDAQ: MKTX) 2.1% LOWER; Buckingham Research downgraded from Neutral to Underperform with a $245 price target.

Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) 1.7% LOWER; William Blair downgraded from Outperform to Market Perform. The analyst cited:

NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ: NXPI) 1.3% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $114.00 (from $99.00).
