Nutanix sees Q4 2017 revenue of $215-220 million, versus the consensus of $204.72 million.

Deckers Outdoor (NYSE: DECK) 13% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.11, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $369.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $357.59 million. Deckers Outdoor sees FY2018 EPS of $3.95-$4.15, versus the consensus of $3.79.

Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (NYSE: ZOES) 10.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.01, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $92.55 million.

Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIL) 7% LOWER; announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,750,000 common shares and 3,250,000 Series II Non-Voting Convertible First Preferred Shares. The common shares are being sold at a public offering price of US$5.00 per share and the Series II Non-Voting Convertible First Preferred Shares are being sold at a public offering price of US$5.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are expected to be approximately US$30.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from it up to an additional 412,500 common shares on the same terms and conditions. The offering is expected to close on June 1, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 6.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.63, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.94 billion. Strong Collectibles sales and a successful Nintendo Switch launch drives a 2.3% increase in same store sales Earnings OutlookAs a reminder, GameStop is no longer providing quarterly EPS or same store sales guidance. 8x8, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGHT) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.55 million. GUIDANCE: 8x8, Inc. sees FY2018 revenue of $296-300 million, versus the consensus of $294.38 million.

Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.05, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $1.80. Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: MACK) 1.5% LOWER; today announced the resignation of Dr. Yasir Al-Wakeel as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development, effective June 9, 2017. Dr. Al-Wakeel, who has been in his role with Merrimack since August 2015, is leaving to pursue other business interests. Merrimack has initiated a search to appoint a new chief financial officer.
