GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) 11.4% HIGHER; Completes Previously Announced At-The-Market Equity Offering Program, Selling $551M in Stock. Heidrick & Struggles sees Q2 2021 revenue of $215-225 million, versus the consensus of $165.59 million.

Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX) 11% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.47, $0.58 better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $460.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $414.23 million.

Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: AGTC) 9.2% LOWER; announced that Mark Shearman, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer, has resigned from the company to pursue another opportunity but will remain to facilitate a smooth transition through June 4, 2021.

UPS (NYSE: UPS) 8.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.77, $1.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.49 million.

Lyft, Inc. (LYFT) 2.4% HIGHER; announced today that the company has signed an agreement with Woven Planet Holdings, Inc., (Woven Planet), a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, for the acquisition of Lyfts self-driving vehicle division, Level 5. The transaction also includes multi-year non-exclusive commercial agreements between Lyft and Woven Planet to accelerate the development and enhance the safety of automated driving technology.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 1.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.93, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.39 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.29 billion.

MKS Instruments (NASDAQ: MKSI) 1.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.56, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $2.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $694 million versus the consensus estimate of $652.22 million. MKS Instruments sees Q2 2021 EPS of $2.66-$3.18, versus the consensus of $2.23. Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP) 1.7% LOWER; announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2027 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Securities Act. Snap also intends to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $150.0 million aggregate principal amount of notes.
