(Nasdaq: CEMP) 39.5% HIGHER; announced positive topline results from a phase 3 study of oral fusidic acid in 716 patients with acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI). Fusidic acid was well tolerated in the study and achieved the primary endpoint, demonstrating non-inferiority (NI) (10% NI margin) of oral fusidic acid compared to oral linezolid for early clinical response (ECR) in the intent to treat (ITT) patient population.

Nordic American Offshore Ltd. (NYSE: NAO) 39% LOWER; announced the upsizing and pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement. The Company agreed to sell 40,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $1.25 per share.

Acacia Communications (NASDAQ: ACIA) 16.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.94, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $139.72 million. GUIDANCE: Acacia Communications sees Q1 2017 EPS of $0.63-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.78. Acacia Communications sees Q1 2017 revenue of $108-114 million, versus the consensus of $137.4 million.

Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXDX) 16.2% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted the de novo request to market the Accelerate Pheno system and Accelerate PhenoTest BC kit for identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing of pathogens directly from positive blood culture samples. The blood culture kit is indicated for susceptibility testing of specific pathogenic bacteria commonly associated with bacteremia, the leading cause of sepsis.

RH (NYSE: RH) 14.3% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $300 million common share repurchase program. Announced in-line unaudited preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2016.

Universal Display (NASDAQ: OLED) 13% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $68.6 million.

Hi-Crush Partners LP (NYSE: HCLP) 12.9% LOWER; priced a primary public offering of 20,500,000 units representing limited partnership interests in the Partnership for total gross proceeds of approximately $369 million.

Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (NYSE: ZOES) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.07), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $62 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.67 million.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) 6.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.07 billion. GUIDANCE: Hewlett Packard Enterprise sees FY2017 EPS of $1.88-$1.98, versus the consensus of $2.05 and from $2.00 to $2.10 prior. MasTec (NYSE: MTZ) 5.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.70, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.31 billion.

Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO) 5.7% LOWER; announced the pricing of the offering by certain subsidiaries of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) of 4,235,685 shares of the Company’s Common stock at a price to the public of $144.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on February 28, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The selling shareholders will receive all of the proceeds of this offering. No shares are being sold by Watsco.

InnerWorkings (NASDAQ: INWK) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. GUIDANCE:InnerWorkings sees FY2017 EPS of $0.44-$0.47. InnerWorkings sees FY2017 revenue of $1.155-1.185 billion.

Incyte Corp. (NASDAQ: INCY) 4.5% HIGHER; will replace Spectra Energy Corp. (NYSE: SE) in the S&P 500 effective at the open of trading on Tuesday, February 28.

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $306.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $288.22 million. GUIDANCE: Splunk sees Q1 2018 revenue of $231-233 million, versus the consensus of $241.42 million. Splunk sees FY2018 revenue of $1.1185 billion.

Foot Locker (NYSE: FL) 3.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.42, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.11 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.11 billion. Fourth quarter comparable-store sales increased 5.0 percent.

Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) 3.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.37, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.35 billion.

J.C. Penney (NYSE: JCP) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.98 billion. Comps fall 0.7%, versus an expected 0.5% drop. To shut 130-140 stores.

Baidu.com (NASDAQ: BIDU) 2.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.93, ex-gain, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.62 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.67 billion. Baidu currently expects to generate total revenues in an amount ranging from RMB16.480 billion ($2.374 billion) to RMB17.030 billion ($2.453 billion) for the first quarter of 2017 (*** consensus is $2.47 billion), representing a 4.2% to 7.6% year-over-year increase. This forecast reflects Baidu's current and preliminary view, which is subject to change.

Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) 2.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $200.25 million versus the consensus estimate of $231.61 million. GUIDANCE: Pegasystems sees FY2017 EPS of $1.00, versus the consensus of $1.01.

Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ : CELG) 1.5% LOWER; announced that President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jacqualyn (Jackie) Fouse, Ph.D., has decided to retire from Celgene effective June 30, 2017. She will continue to serve as President and COO until April 1, and through June 30, she will serve as a strategic advisor to the management team. Jackie will not stand for reelection to the Celgene Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual Meeting in June. The Company also announced the promotion of Scott Smith to President and COO, effective April 1, 2017, and the promotion of Terrie Curran to President, Global Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Franchise, effective April 1, 2017.
