CarLotz, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOTZ) +29%; Shift (Nasdaq: SFT) announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with CarLotz a leading used vehicle consignment business, in a stock-for-stock merger.

CSS Entertainment (NASDAQ: CSSE) +28%; Redbox Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: RDBX) (“Redbox” or the “Company”) announced today that Redbox stockholders approved the merger proposal in connection with the previously announced merger with Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc.

The Trade Desk Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) +21%; reported Q2 EPS of $0.20, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $377 million versus the consensus estimate of $364.87 million.GUIDANCE: The Trade Desk Inc. sees Q3 2022 revenue of at least $385 million, versus the consensus of $382.6 million.

Array Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) +15%; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $424.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $335.74 million. Analysts raise price target.

Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY) +9%; pares yesterday's decline.

Halozyme Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HALO) +8%; reported Q2 EPS of $0.53, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $152.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $138.63 million. GUIDANCE: Halozyme Therapeutics sees FY2022 EPS of $2.10-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.23. Halozyme Therapeutics sees FY2022 revenue of $655-685 million, versus the consensus of $610.9 million.

CyberArk Software (NASDAQ: CYBR) +8%; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.27), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.30). Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $138.45 million. CyberArk Software sees Q3 2022 EPS of ($0.27)-($0.14), versus the consensus of ($0.22). CyberArk Software sees Q3 2022 revenue of $147-153 million, versus the consensus of $148.3 million.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) +4.5%; Musk says he's done selling shares after offloading nearly $6.9 billion. Tech climbs on CPI data.

H&R Block (NYSE: HRB) +4.5%; reported Q2 EPS of $1.43, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $996.33 million. GUIDANCE: H&R Block sees FY2022 EPS of $3.70-$3.95, versus the consensus of $3.46. H&R Block sees FY2022 revenue of $3.535-3.585 billion, versus the consensus of $3.41 billion.

Redbox Entertainment (NASDAQ: RDBX) -23%; announced today that Redbox stockholders approved the merger proposal in connection with the previously announced merger with Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: CSSE) (“CSSE”).

Roblox (NYSE: RBLX) -10%; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.30), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $591.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $639.19 million. Average Daily Active Users (DAUs) were 52.2 million, up 21% year over year
