Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: NNA) 18.3% LOWER; announced today that it is planning an offering of shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering, subject to market and other conditions. Navios Acquisition expects to use the net proceeds from the registered direct offering for general corporate purposes.

Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTK) 12.7% HIGHER; announced today that the company has withdrawn its submission to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) of the Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) for NUZYRA® (omadacycline).

Fluidigm Corporation (NASDAQ: FLDM) 12.5% HIGHER; UBS upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $7.00 (from $14.00).

Exponent, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPO) 6.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.36, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $102.49 million.

Dynavax Technologies (NASDAQ: DVAX) 5.9% HIGHER; H.C. Wainwright initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $13.00.

WD-40 Co. (NASDAQ: WDFC) 5.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.63, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.74 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.33 million. WD-40 Co. sees FY2020 EPS of $4.74-$4.83, versus the consensus of $4.96.

Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $3.43, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $2.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.13 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion. Worldwide da Vinci procedures grew nearly 20% compared with the third quarter of 2018, driven primarily by growth in U.S. general surgery procedures and worldwide urologic procedures.

State Street (NYSE: STT) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.42, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.86 billion.

Snap Inc (NYSE: SNAP) 3% HIGHER; BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded from Neutral to Buy with an $18 price target.

    ndependent Bank Corp. (Nasdaq: INDB) 2.4% HIGHER; announced 2019 third quarter net income of $51.8 million, or $1.51 per diluted share, compared to net income of $30.6 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, reported in the second quarter of 2019. Excluding a gain on sale of residential loans in the third quarter of 2019 and merger and acquisition expenses incurred in both quarters, operating net income was $51.7 million, or $1.50 per diluted share, during the third quarter of 2019 compared to $48.8 million, or $1.42 per diluted share, during the prior quarter.

    E*TRADE Financial (NASDAQ: ETFC) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.08, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $767 million versus the consensus estimate of $742.96 million.

    Coca Cola (NYSE: KO) 1.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.45 billion.

    AT&T (NYSE: T) 0.5% HIGHER; is in talks with Elliott Management to resolve the hedge fund's activist campaign, according to Dow Jones, citing people familiar with the matter. The sides have held a series of discussions and could reach an agreement as soon as this month.
