Previously, the Company submitted a 510(k) to FDA seeking clearance to commercialize its CellFX System. On February 13, 2020, the Company received a Not Substantially Equivalent (NSE) letter from FDA indicating that, based on the data provided, the Company has not demonstrated that the CellFX System is substantially equivalent to the predicate device. The Company will continue to work with FDA in pursuit of a clearance via a new 510(k) submission and is prepared to provide additional clinical data as required.

Canopy Growth (NYSE: CGC) 22% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of (Cdn$0.35), versus (Cdn$0.38) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at Cdn$123.76 million, versus Cdn$83.05 million reported last year.
Sol-Gel Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SLGL) 20.7% LOWER; announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,091,907 ordinary shares together with ordinary share warrants to purchase 1,673,525 ordinary shares. The ordinary shares and accompanying warrants are being sold together at a combined public offering price of $11.00 per ordinary share and accompanying warrant. Each warrant sold in the Offering will be exercisable for 0.80 of an ordinary share, and have an initial exercise price of $14.00 per share, subject to certain adjustments. The warrants will be immediately exercisable and will expire on February 19, 2023. All of the ordinary shares and accompanying warrants are being offered by Sol-Gel.

TriNet Group (NYSE: TNET) 2.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.80, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $226 million versus the consensus estimate of $226.32 million. TriNet also announced today that Chief Financial Officer, Richard Beckert, is transitioning from the Company to pursue professional and personal interests. In February 2020, TriNet's Board of Directors approved a $300 million increase to its ongoing stock repurchase program.
