BofA/Merrill Lynch upgrades Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) from Underperform to Neutral.

Morgan Stanley lifts National-Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV) from Equal Weight to Overweight with a price target of $100.

Barclays raises BB&T Capital (NYSE: BBT) from Underweight to Equalweight, its price target raised from $32 to $34.

Janney Montgomery Scott boosts Urban Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: URBN) from Neutral to Buy, price target raised from $25 to $31. Click Here for more color.
