RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) 26.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.21), $0.25 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $953.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $971.53 million. Comparable store sales were essentially flat, while mobility platform sales increased 3.3% at U.S. RadioShack company-operated stores. Suspends dividend program.

Zale Corporation (NYSE: ZLC) 25.3% HIGHER; has secured a new $665 million credit facility, which includes an amended and extended $650 million Revolving Credit Facility and a new $15 million First-In, Last-Out (FILO) Credit Facility.

Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) 25.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $199 million versus the consensus estimate of $194.46 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.25-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.24. The company sees revenues of $214-$219 million, versus the consensus of $210.44 million.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 23% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $889 million versus the consensus estimate of $888.96 million. Sees Q3 revs of $890-$911 million, versus $905.9 million.

Mitek Systems (NASDAQ: MITK) 22.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.05), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.37 million.

InvenSense (Nasdaq: INVN) 21.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 GAAP EPS of of 9 cents on sales of $39.2 million. The Street was looking for EPS of 14 cents on sales of $54.29 million.

Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL) 20.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.52 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.30-$1.42, versus prior guidance of $1.10-$1.25 and the consensus of $1.24. Sees FY2012 revenue of $750-$775 million, versus prior guidance of $720-$750 million and the consensus of $755.46 million.

Healthways, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWAY) 19.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $170.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $168.99 million.

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) 18.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $111.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $108.54 million.

Tripadvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) 16.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $197.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $202.47 million.

RF Micro Devices (NASDAQ: RFMD) 16.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.01, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $202.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $201.95 million.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.41, $0.93 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $921.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $912.37 million.

International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) 15% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $532.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $563.76 million. International Game Technology reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 14.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $379 million versus the consensus estimate of $359.82 million.

Sunshine Heart, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSH) 14.6% HIGHER; has received CE Mark approval for its C-Pulse Heart Assist System for the treatment of Class III and ambulatory Class IV heart failure. This will allow for commercialization of the technology in Europe and countries in Asia and Latin America that recognize the CE Mark. The Class III heart failure population is estimated at 3.7 million patients in the European Union, and currently, there are limited, and often, unsuccessful treatment options for this patient population.

Symantec Corp (NASDAQ: SYMC) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.67 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.65 billion. The company also announced Enrique Salem, president and CEO has stepped down effective immediately.

Ancestry.com (Nasdaq: ACOM) 13.7% HIGHER; hearing reports the company is in talks for a buyout and hired an advisor. These latest reports echo reports in June.

VirnetX Holding Corporation (Amex: VHC) 13.6% HIGHER; announced that on July 18, 2012, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to investigate the complaint, filed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, VirnetX, Inc., with the United States ITC against Apple Inc., has identified a procedural discrepancy with the complaint filed by VirnetX that will impact the scheduling of the investigation. VirnetX disagrees with this finding and intends to appeal and/or re-file the complaint with the ITC as necessary.

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE: LVLT) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.29), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.6 billion. Level 3 Communications, Inc. reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Altera Corp (NASDAQ: ALTR) 13.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.50, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $464.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $445.23 million.

Solarwinds (NYSE: SWI) 13.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $64 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.02 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.29-$0.31, versus the consensus of $0.31. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $66-$68.5 million, versus the consensus of $67.7 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.20-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.21. Sees FY2012 revenue of $257-$263 million, versus the consensus of $257.8 million.

Wellpoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP) 12.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.04, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.27 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $7.30-$7.40, versus prior guidance of $7.84 and the consensus of $7.76.

Dice Holdings (NYSE: DHX) 11.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $48.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.86 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $47 million, versus the consensus of $50.46 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $189 million, versus the consensus of $196.88 million.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) 11.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.62, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $238.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $240.23 million.

CytRx Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTR) 11.5% HIGHER; has initiated a Phase 1b clinical trial to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to evaluate preliminary efficacy of aldoxorubicin (formerly INNO-206) administered in combination with the commonly used chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin in patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed other therapies. Aldoxorubicin is a tumor-targeting conjugate of doxorubicin.

Tempur-Pedic International, Inc. (NYSE: TPX) 11.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.45, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $329.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $327.21 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.80, versus prior guidance of $2.70 and the consensus of $2.66.

Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO) 11.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.15, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.15-$3.25, versus prior guidance of $3.25-$3.40 and the consensus of $3.38.

James River Coal (Nasdaq: JRCC) 11.2% LOWER; stock plunging below the $2 level. The stock is down nearly 50 percent since Patriot Coal filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

USG Corp. (NYSE: USG) 11.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.15), vs. the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $825 million versus the consensus estimate of $848.03 million.

SUPERVALU (NYSE: SVU) 11.2% LOWER; after gapping higher, the stock failed to breach resistance at $2.10 and the 50-day simple moving average. Shares have dipped below $2 since.

iBio (AMEX: IBIO) 10% HIGHER; shares are continuing higher today after breaking out on Monday and Tuesday. Shares surged 24 percent after crossing the 50-day simple moving average at around 1:30pm ET. The stock followed the same action on Tuesday, breaking above the 50-day just ahead of 2pm ET, however, the price gave up this technical level just before the close yesterday.
