After-Hours Stock Movers:
Virgin Orbit (NASDAQ: VORB) 45% LOWER; announced a workforce reduction of approximately 675 employees, constituting approximately 85% of the Company’s workforce in order to reduce expenses in light of the Company's inability to secure meaningful funding
Rumble Inc. (NASDAQ: RUM) 17% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.00, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $20 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.18 million.
Nikola Corporation (Nasdaq: NKLA) 6% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an SEC-registered underwritten public offering of up to $100.0 million of shares of its common stock.
Y-mAbs Therapeutics (NASDAQ: YMAB) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.47 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.44). Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.35 million.
