After-hours movers: DXC Technology, Apple, and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) rose 4%, adding to an intraday gain of 11.5% after Reuters reported that buyout firm Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) and Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) are in talks for a joint bid for the company.

Contango ORE (NYSE: CTGO) fell 15% after it commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase shares of its common stock.

Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) declined 0.4%, adding to a slump of around 2% during the regular session after it unveiled its new AI strategy, including a partnership with OpenAI. Elon Musk said he would ban Apple devices at his companies if they integrated OpenAI at an operating system level.

Dutch Bros (NYSE: BROS) fell 7% after it announced the launch of a secondary public offering of class A common stock.
