After-hours movers:

AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) rose 4% after publishing better than expected first quarter results and guidance. For the second quarter of 2025, AMD expects revenue to be approximately $7.4 billion, plus or minus $300 million.

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) fell 6% after it delayed its investor day, while narrowing its guidance range.

Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) fell 22%, extending an intraday slump to 42%, after it lowered full year guidance. The fall earlier today was tied to changes at the FDA.

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) fell 4% after it lowered full year guidance. Disappointing quarterly results, also published after-hours, were already expected following its profit warning last month.

Upstart Holdings (NASDAQ: UPST) fell 17% despite beating estimates for the first quarter, after guidance failed to impress investors. It sees full year revenue of approximately $1.01 billion.

Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) shares were choppy, but eventually fell 4% despite betting consensus estimates in the first quarter.
