MediWound Ltd. (Nasdaq: MDWD) 25% HIGHER; announced it has further expanded its NexoBrid® global presence and entered the Middle Eastern markets with the signing of a distribution agreement granting Ghassan Aboud Group (GAG), an international conglomerate based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), an exclusive right to market and distribute NexoBrid in UAE for the treatment of severe burns. Commercialization of NexoBrid in the UAE will commence upon securing regulatory approval, which is expected within a year.

Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCUL) 4.2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $75.0 million of its common stock.

GrafTech International Ltd. (NYSE: EAF) 3.8% LOWER; announced that affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and Brookfield Business Partners LP, members of the Brookfield consortium that has a majority ownership interest in GrafTech, intend, subject to market conditions, to offer 7,000,000 shares of GrafTech common stock in an underwritten secondary offering.

Arvinas, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARVN) 3.4% HIGHER; announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of $250.0 million of its common stock.

Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq: IVAC) 3% HIGHER; announced today it has received a $5 million development contract award from Collins Aerospace in support of the U.S. Navy-funded Enhanced Visual Acuity (EVA) Program that will help U.S. Navy and Marine Corps pilots execute their missions more effectively under low-light conditions. Intevac will supply their latest ISIE19 EBAPS® digital night-vision sensor as part of the development effort.

Ziopharm Oncology, Inc.
