Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ: CODX) 13.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.53, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.82 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.79 million.
Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 11% HIGHER; will be added to the S&P 500 effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, December 21 to coincide with the December quarterly rebalance.
Arcimoto, Inc. (NASDAQ: FUV) 9.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.15), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $683.9 thousand versus the consensus estimate of $940 thousand.
Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) 6.5% LOWER; announced that it is commencing a registered public offering of $750,000,000 of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to $112,500,000 of additional shares of common stock.
JOYY Inc. (NASDAQ: YY) 6.2% HIGHER; Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) entered into definitive agreements with JOYY Inc. (NASDAQ: YY). Pursuant to the agreements, Baidu will acquire JOYY's domestic video-based entertainment live streaming business in China, which includes YY mobile app, YY.com website and PC YY, among others, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately US$3.6 billion in cash, subject to certain adjustments. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain conditions and is currently expected to occur in the first half of 2021.
iQIYI (NASDAQ: IQ) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.24), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.40). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion.
Kodiak Sciences Inc. (Nasdaq: KOD) 4.9% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $400,000,000 of shares of its common stock.
T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) 2.5% HIGHER; Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway discloses a new stake.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) 2.2% HIGHER; Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway discloses a new stake.
Costco (NASDAQ: COST) 2% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $10.00 per share.
