After-Hours Stock Movers:
Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC) 27% HIGHER; the Donald Trump SPAC continues higher after jumping 357% intra-day.
Snap (NYSE: SNAP) 23.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.17, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.07 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.1 billion. DAUs were 306 million in Q3 2021, an increase of 57 million, or 23%, year-over-year. Snap sees Q4 2021 revenue of $1.17-1.21 billion, versus the consensus of $1.36 billion. Adjusted EBITDA is estimated to be between $135 million and $175 million.
Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) 8.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.71, $0.60 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.24 billion. Intel sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.90, versus the consensus of $1.01. Intel sees Q4 2021 revenue of $18.3 billion, versus the consensus of $18.25 billion. CFO George Davis announced plans to retire in May 2022.
DMC Global (NASDAQ: BOOM) 7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $71.2 million. DMC Global sees Q4 2021 EPS of $68.00-$74.00, versus the consensus of $74.40.
Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) 5.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.84, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.76 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.67 billion. Full-year Net Sales, in constant currency, are expected to increase by approximately 15% versus the prior year, up from prior guidance range of 12-14%. Adjusted Gross Margin guidance remains unchanged at a range of 47.6% to 48.1%. Adjusted EBITDA guidance is increasing by $25 million to a range of $900 to $925 million. Capital expenditures guidance remains unchanged at a range of $150 to $175 million.

Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) 4% LOWER; falls on SNAP's results
Whirlpool (NYSE: WHR) 3.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $6.68, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of $6.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.73 billion.
Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) 2.5% LOWER; falls on SNAP's results.
