After-Hours Stock Movers:

DAVIDsTEA Inc. (Nasdaq: DTEA) 53% HIGHER; 189.9% increase in e-commerce and wholesale sales to $23.0 million (representing 100% of sales for the quarter)

Cassava Sciences (NASDAQ: SAVA) 17.9% HIGHER; Director, Sanford Robertson, bought 36,281 shares on 09/18 at $8.92.

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) 12.8% LOWER; announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jeff Miller as interim President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, in addition to his role as Chief Commercial Officer. He succeeds Glenn Lurie who has resigned as the Companys President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of its Board of Directors, following the Board of Directors review of allegations of personal misconduct by Mr. Lurie in violation of the Companys policies. His resignation is not related to the Companys strategy, financial or business performance. Given the expectation that all employees will respect Synchronoss values and adhere to the Companys code of conduct, the Board has accepted Mr. Luries resignation. The Board of Directors will conduct an executive search to identify a permanent President and Chief Executive Officer.

Fulgent Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLGT) 9% HIGHER; will replace Garrett Motion Inc. (NYSE: GTX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Friday, September 25

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 7% HIGHER; amended 13D from 10% holder RC Ventures disclosing recent conversations with senior management and several members of the Board.

Qutoutiao (NASDAQ: QTT) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.09), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $204 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.03 million.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 5.9% LOWER; declines on Musk tweet ahead of Battery Day.

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC) 2.4% LOWER; announced the commencement of the offering of 8,000,000 American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), each representing 15 ordinary shares of the Company (the “Primary ADS Offering”). In addition, several selling shareholders are offering 9,677,310 ADSs of the Company (the “Secondary ADS Offering” and, together with the Primary ADS Offering, the “ADS Offering”). Kingsoft Cloud will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholder. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the ADS Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,651,600 ADSs from the Company.
