Equillium, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQ) 6.2% HIGHER; announced the completion of an End-of-Phase 1 meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for itolizumab in first-line treatment of patients with acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD). The meeting confirmed a path to advance itolizumab into a single Phase 3 pivotal study to support the Biologics License Application (BLA) filing for itolizumab in first-line treatment of aGVHD patients. The company plans to initiate the Phase 3 study in Q4 2021.

VOXX Int'l (NASDAQ: VOXX) 6.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, versus ($0.34) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.1 million, versus $72 million reported last year.
