Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP) 13.6% HIGHER; Dr. Seth Lederman, CEO of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, said today that plans are advancing to construct a commercial-scale manufacturing facility to develop and manufacture vaccines in the Bitterroot Valley.

Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) 9.2% LOWER; announced today that it intends to offer its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Theravance Biopharma also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of ordinary shares in the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) 7.6% LOWER; announced that the Company intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $100 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Nike (NYSE: NKE) 7.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.93, $0.43 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.09 billion.

Oasis Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: OMP) 5.8% LOWER; Commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,623,188 common units representing limited partnership interests ("common units"). The Partnership expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 543,478 common units.

FedEx (NYSE: FDX) 4.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $5.01, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $4.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.51 million. FDX sees FY22 EPS of $20.50 to $21.50 vs consensus of $20.37.

Mirati Therapeutics (NASDAQ: MRTX) 4% HIGHER; announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation to adagrasib for the potential treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who harbor the KRASG12C mutation following prior systemic therapy.

SYNNEX Corp. (NYSE: SNX) 2.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.09, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.86 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.96 billion. SYNNEX Corp. sees Q3 2021 EPS of $1.90-$2.10, versus the consensus of $1.99. SYNNEX Corp. sees Q3 2021 revenue of $4.95-5.46 billion, versus the consensus of $5.1 billion.

BlackBerry (NYSE: BB) 1.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.05), in line with the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $174 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.25 million.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 0.8% HIGHER; banks pass Fed stress test clearing the way for stock buybacks and dividends.

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) 0.7% HIGHER; banks pass Fed stress test clearing the way for stock buybacks and dividends.
