Precigen, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGEN) 32% HIGHER; Precigen ActoBio, an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on a new class of microbe-based therapeutic agents and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Precigen, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGEN), today announced positive topline results for the ongoing Phase 1b/2a clinical study investigating AG019 ActoBiotics for the treatment of recent-onset type 1 diabetes (T1D) (clinical trial identifier: NCT03751007, EudraCT 2017-002871-24). Results from the primary analysis were presented at the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS) 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting by Kevan Herold, MD, Professor of Immunobiology and of Medicine at the Yale University

Vertex Pharma (NASDAQ: VRTX) 13.2% LOWER; halts further trials of VX-864 - its drug candidate for treatment of inherited lung disease - noting the Phase 2 study of VX-864 has demonstrated "magnitude of treatment effect observed in this study is unlikely to translate into substantial clinical benefit".

Apollo Medical Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEH) 11% HIGHER; will replace Callaway Golf in the S&P SmallCap 600

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARWR) 5.2% HIGHER; gains on VRTX setback.

Callaway Golf Co. (NYSE: ELY) 4.5% LOWER; will replace GrubHub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB) in the S&P MidCap 400

Dave & Buster's Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) 3.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.40), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $265.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $257.98 million. Dave & Buster's Entertainment sees Q2 2021 revenue of $335-350 million, versus the consensus of $287.4 million.

Tyme Technologies (NASDAQ: TYME) 3.8% HIGHER; earnings and completion of strategic review. The company announced a new OASIS Breast Cancer Trial for its drug candidate SM-88 in conjunction with Georgetown University.

Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) 3.7% LOWER; Investor Day Ongoing

Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) 3.5% LOWER; today announced that it commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Chewy (NYSE: CHWY) 1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.14 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.13 billion.
