C3.ai (NYSE: AI) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.24), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.6 million. GUIDANCE: C3.ai sees Q1 2022 revenue of $50-52 million, versus the consensus of $50.5 million. C3.ai sees FY2022 revenue of $243-247 million, versus the consensus of $239.9 million.

Elastic N.V. (NYSE: ESTC) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.08), $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $177.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $157.94 million. Elastic N.V. sees Q1 2022 EPS of ($0.13)-($0.10), versus the consensus of ($0.12). Elastic N.V. sees Q1 2022 revenue of $171-173 million, versus the consensus of $168.8 million. Elastic N.V. sees FY2022 EPS of ($0.60)-($0.51), versus the consensus of ($0.48). Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PINE) 8% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of its common stock.

AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) 5.2% HIGHER; adds to today's 95% gain and YTD surge.

FireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEYE) 4.8% LOWER; today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the FireEye Products business, including the FireEye name, to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group (STG) in an all-cash transaction for $1.2 billion, before taxes and transaction-related expenses.

Syneos Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYNH) 4% LOWER; commenced an underwritten secondary offering by affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Advent International Corporation of an aggregate of 10,851,676 shares of the Company's common stock.

Tilray (NASDAQ: TLRY) 3.7% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgeraldresumes coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $22.00 (from $30.25).

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.91), $0.21 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.70). Revenue for the quarter came in at $502 million versus the consensus estimate of $491.32 million. Splunk sees Q2 2022 revenue of $550-570 million, versus the consensus of $561.4 million.

Cushman & Wakefield plc (NYSE: CWK) 2.9% LOWER; announced today the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 ordinary shares

Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.09), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). nCino, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO) 2.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.04), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $62.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.29 million.

SpartanNash (NASDAQ: SPTN) 1.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.66 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.7 billion. SpartanNash reaffirmed FY2021 guidance.
