LightPath Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPTH) 19.2% HIGHER; announced that NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) recently confirmed that optical elements manufactured by our subsidiary, ISP Optics, is supporting the Mars Curiosity Rover's efforts in the NASA Science Exploration Program.

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: IOVA) 9% LOWER; announced receipt of regulatory feedback from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding its potency assays for lifileucel. Previously, the company reported the submission of assay data to the FDA and recently the FDA provided comments regarding the data package.

Quicklogic Corp (NASDAQ: QUIK) 7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.12), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $2.5 million.

Lithia Motors & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) 4.5% LOWER; today announced that we intend to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $1 billion of shares of our Class A common stock in a public offering (the "Offering"). In addition, we intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $150 million of shares of common stock. Lithia intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include financing possible acquisitions, repaying or refinancing debt, working capital and capital expenditures.

Purple Innovation, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPL) 4% LOWER; announced the launch of an underwritten secondary public offering of 7,308,792 shares of its Class A common stock to be sold by Coliseum Capital Partners, L.P., Coliseum Co-Invest Debt Fund, L.P., Blackwell Partners LLC – Series A, and Coliseum Capital Co-Invest III, L.P. (collectively, the "Selling Stockholders"). The underwriters have a 30-day option period to purchase up to 1,096,318 additional shares of Class A common stock from the Selling Stockholders.

Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.40, $0.74 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $784.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $663.84 million. Take-Two Interactive Software sees Q1 2022 EPS of $0.75-$0.85. Take-Two Interactive Software sees Q1 2022 revenue of $625-675 million. Take-Two Interactive Software sees FY2022 EPS of $3.75-$4.00. Take-Two Interactive Software sees FY2022 revenue of $3.2-3.3 billion.
