(NASDAQ: TLGT) 14.6% HIGHER; announced it has received approval of the Company’s abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Clobetasol Propionate Cream USP, 0.05%. This is Teligent’s fourth approval for 2018, and its twenty-third approval from its internally-developed pipeline of topical generic pharmaceutical medicines.

Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGLE) 9.9% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock.

Catabasis Pharma (NASDAQ: CATB) 8.4% LOWER; to Reduce Workforce by 42% as Part of Restructuring

Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBII) 7.7% LOWER; announced that it is proposing to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any.

Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) 6.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $4.79, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $4.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.86 billion. Sees Q4 revenue of $2.95-$3.25 billion, versus the consensus of $2.93 billion. Sees Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $4.80-$5.20 versus the consensus of $4.67

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 5.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.45, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $2.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.82 billion.

Badger Meter (NYSE: BMI) 5.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.26, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.04 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.3 million.

Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.44, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $2.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $848 million versus the consensus estimate of $782.94 million.

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ: CSX) 4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.78, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.88 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.8 billion.

United Airlines (NYSE: UAL) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.50, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.99 billion.

Helios and Matheson (NASDAQ: HMNY) 2.5% LOWER; adds to intra-day weakness on going concern from the auditor.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 1.2% HIGHER; CEO Elon Musk explained the reason for the Model 3 production halt is to prepare for increased production, according to electrek. Musk said they are looking to produce 6,000 units per week across all production processes and suppliers in order to achieve 5,000 units per week in June after accounting for a margin of error.
