Esports Technologies (NASDAQ: EBET) 29% HIGHER; adds to gains after surging 507% in IPO debut Thursday.

PHX Minerals Inc. (NYSE: PHX) 16.7% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock (the "Common Stock Offering"). PHX also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock.

Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics, Inc. (NYSE: BTX) 13.3% HIGHER; announced it has paid $1 million towards the acquisition of a license for Factor Biosciences and Novellus mRNA Gene Editing and Cell Therapies technology and has extended through May 21, 2021 its option exercise period for entering into a related license agreement with Factor Bioscience and Novellus.

DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) 5% HIGHER; DraftKings and the National Football League (NFL or the League) announced today that DraftKings will become an Official Sports Betting Partner of the League and extend its current relationship as the exclusive Official Daily Fantasy Partner.

SeaSpine Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SPNE) 4.6% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by SeaSpine.

Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) 3.2% HIGHER; UBS upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $43.00.

Synlogic (Nasdaq: SYBX) 2.9% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Synlogic. Synlogic intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) 2.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.79, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.64 billion.

Splunk Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLK) 2.3% LOWER; On April 9, 2021, Tim Tully informed Splunk Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and depart from the Company, effective as of May 4, 2021.
