Anavex Life Sciences (NASDAQ: AVXL) 57.5% HIGHER; adds to intra-day gains.

Lannett (NYSE: LCI) 16.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.08, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $133.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $130 million. Lannett sees FY2021 revenue of $480-500 million, versus the consensus of $529.32 million.

Aviat Networks (NASDAQ: AVNW) 14.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.48, $0.76 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.5 million. Aviat Networks sees FY2021 revenue of $255-265 million, versus the consensus of $251.12 million.

Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) 11.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.08 million. Digital Turbine sees FY2021 EPS of $0.67, versus the consensus of $0.63. Digital Turbine sees FY2021 revenue of $298-300 million, versus the consensus of $280.37 million.

Isoray, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: ISR) 11% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

DURECT Corporation (Nasdaq: DRRX) 10.8% LOWER; announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of its common stock.

Aspira Women’s Health Inc. (Nasdaq: AWH) 10.1% LOWER; announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Aspira is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock being offered at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares will be offered by Aspira.

Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN) 9.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.61, $0.47 better than the analyst estimate of $2.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $834.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $793.56 million.

eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) 9.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.7 billion. eBay sees Q1 2021 EPS of $1.03-$1.08, versus the consensus of $0.86. eBay sees Q1 2021 revenue of $2.94-2.99 billion, versus the consensus of $2.53 billion.

Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (NASDAQ: IEA) 9% LOWER; announced that it has launched an underwritten offering of common stock to be sold by Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, LLC (the “Selling Stockholder”), an affiliate of funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. In addition, the Selling Stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the offering at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Quinstreet, Inc (NASDAQ: QNST) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.13, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $135 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.16 million.

Qorvo (NASDAQ: QRVO) 7.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $3.08, $0.42 better than the analyst estimate of $2.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion. Qorvo sees Q4 2021 EPS of $2.42, versus the consensus of $2.01. Qorvo sees Q4 2021 revenue of $1025-1055 million, versus the consensus of $943.86 million.

Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) 7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.17, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $2.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.24 billion. Qualcomm sees Q2 2021 EPS of $1.55-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.57. Qualcomm sees Q2 2021 revenue of $7.2-8 billion, versus the consensus of $7.1 billion.

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. (NYSE: ELF) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $86.79 million. e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. sees FY2021 EPS of $0.63-$0.64, versus the consensus of $0.62. e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $304-308 million, versus the consensus of $301.49 million.
