Today's After-Hours Stock Movers:

Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX) 15.2% LOWER; files prospectus supplement relates to the issuance and sale of up to $100,000,000 of our common stock from time to time through or to our sales agent, B. Riley FBR, Inc., or BRFBR

Navient (NASDAQ: NAVI) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57.

CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) 5.8% HIGHER; will replace Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT) in the S&P MidCap 400.

Blueprint Medicines (NASDAQ: BPMC) 5.3% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $325,000,000 in shares of its common stock. In addition, Blueprint Medicines expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $48,750,000 in shares of its common stock in connection with the public offering. All shares of common stock will be offered by Blueprint Medicines.

Adaptimmune Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: ADAP) 4.6% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) in an underwritten public offering.

Applied Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: APLT) 4.5% LOWER; today announced that it plans to make a public offering of 1,750,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, in an underwritten registered public offering. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 262,500 additional shares of common stock.

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 4.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $4.71, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $4.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $21.64 billion. IBM sees FY2020 EPS of $13.35, versus the consensus of $13.29.

Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) 2.6% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,600,000 shares of common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 690,000 shares of common stock. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Securities, UBS Securities LLC and Keefe Bruyette & Woods, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) 2.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.49, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $2.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.43 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.34 billion.

Zymeworks Inc. (NYSE: ZYME) 2.2% LOWER; filed a preliminary prospectus supplemen to its Canadian short form base shelf prospectus dated November 18, 2019 in connection with an offering of its common shares and, in lieu of common shares to a certain investor, pre-funded warrants to purchase its common shares. The Canadian Supplement was filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. A preliminary prospectus supplement was also filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3ASR, including a prospectus dated November 5, 2019 which has been filed with the SEC and was automatically declared effective, pursuant to which the securities will be offered in the United States.

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.97, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.07.

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.30, $0.77 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.47 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.45 billion. Netflix reported Q4 global steaming net subscriber additions of 8.76 million versus 7.6 million expected. Netflix sees Q1 EPS of $1.66, versus the consensus of $1.19. They see revenue fo $5.731 billion versus the consensus of $5.76 billion. The company sees Q1 global steaming net subscriber additions of 7 million
