Varonis Systems (NASDAQ: VRNS) 16% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $124.35 million. Varonis Systems sees FY2022 EPS of $0.14-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.20. Varonis Systems sees FY2022 revenue of $460-463 million, versus the consensus of $487 million.

Goodyear Tire (NASDAQ: GT) 11% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.42 billion.

Hologic (NASDAQ: HOLX) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.82, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $953.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $864.85 million. Hologic sees Q1 2023 EPS of $0.60-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.83. Hologic sees Q1 2023 revenue of $940-990 million, versus the consensus of $968.8 million. Hologic sees FY2023 EPS of $2.51-$2.81, versus the consensus of $5.82. Hologic sees FY2023 revenue of $3700-3900 million, versus the consensus of $4774 million.

Stryker (NYSE: SYK) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.12, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.47 billion. Stryker sees FY2022 EPS of $9.15-$9.25, versus the consensus of $9.36.

Amkor Technology (NASDAQ: AMKR) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.24, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.79 billion. Amkor Technology sees Q4 2022 EPS of $0.60-$0.80, versus the consensus of $0.88. Amkor Technology sees Q4 2022 revenue of $1.8-1.9 billion, versus the consensus of $1.87 billion

Herbalife Nutrition (NYSE: HLF) 3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.91, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion. Given the rapidly shifting macroeconomic sentiment and backdrop, as well as increased volatility in the marketplace, the Company is withdrawing FY 2022 guidance. The Company will periodically reassess its ability to provide guidance when we believe future performance can be reasonably estimated. Michael Johnson announced as Chairman and interim CEO.

Avis Budget Group (NASDAQ: CAR) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $21.70, $7.22 better than the analyst estimate of $14.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.29 billion.

Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) 1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.25, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion.

Aflac (NYSE: AFL) 1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.15, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.64 billion.
