Today's After-Hours Stock Movers:

Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESA) 21.5% HIGHER; announced today that it has finalized a new contract, which replaces the previous agreement with American Airlines, to operate 40 CRJ-900s for a five-year term beginning January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2025. Under the previous contract 30 CRJ-900 aircraft were set to expire in 2021 with an additional 17 expiring in 2022.

21Vianet Group (NASDAQ: VNET) 10.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $183.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.3 million.

Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) 10.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.25, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.82 billion.

HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.72 billion. HP Inc. sees Q1 2021 EPS of $0.64-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.53.

Pure Storage, Inc. (NYSE: PSTG) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $410.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $406.48 million.

Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.34, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06).

EVO Payments, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOP) 2.2% LOWER; announced today a proposed underwritten offering of 4,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds received by the Company from the sale of shares of its Class A common stock in the proposed offering to purchase (i) LLC interests in EVO Investco, LLC (EVO LLC) and an equivalent number of shares of the Companys Class B common stock (which shares will then be cancelled) from Blueapple, Inc., (ii) LLC interests in EVO LLC and an equivalent number of shares of the Companys Class D common stock (which shares will then be cancelled) from entities affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, and (iii) shares of the Companys Class A common stock from an entity affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC.
