AxoGen (NASDAQ: AXGN) 20.9% HIGHER; Sees Q3 Revenue of 'At Least' $30M, Versus Consensus of $23M

MC Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCX) 16.3% HIGHER; announced that on September 16, 2020 it plans to commence a modified Dutch auction tender offer to purchase up to $250 million in value of its outstanding Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the Class A Shares), at a price per Class A Share of not less than $22.50 and not greater than $26.50. The Company also announced that its Executive Chairman, Charles F. Dolan, is stepping down from that position to become Chairman Emeritus and that James L. Dolan has been elected as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Companys Board of Directors.

AVEO Oncology (Nasdaq: AVEO) 16% HIGHER; announced that final overall survival (OS) results from its Phase 3 TIVO-3 study were published in the journal European Urology. TIVO-3 is the Companys pivotal Phase 3 trial comparing tivozanib, AVEOs next-generation vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) drug candidate, to sorafenib in third and fourth line renal cell carcinoma (RCC). FedEx (NYSE: FDX) 8.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $4.87, $2.18 better than the analyst estimate of $2.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $17.55 billion.

Veeco Instruments Inc. (NASDAQ: VECO) 6.5% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $16.00 (from $13.50).

Nikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) 5.3% LOWER; continues 8.3% intra-day drop on reports the DOJ is probing if the company misled investors.

UPS (NYSE: UPS) 3.7% HIGHER; Trades Higher in Sympathy with FedEx (NYSE: FDX) Following Blowout Earnings

Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP) 3.2% HIGHER; received a follow-on award to continue supporting the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) 2020 program for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA). The award extends over three years with a ceiling value of $98.4 million.

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) 2.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.57, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $2.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.16 billion.

Syneos Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYNH) 2.3% LOWER; commenced an underwritten secondary offering by affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Advent International Corporation of 7,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
