Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 15% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.23 million.

Pacific Sunwear Of California (NASDAQ: PSUN) 13% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.19), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $234.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $245.37 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.26-$-0.34, versus the consensus of $0.24.

Francescas Hldg (NASDAQ: FRAN) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $57.2 million. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $57-$59 million, versus the consensus of $53.7 million.

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) 3.5% HIGHER; announced a new strategic capital allocation plan intended to drive Total Shareholder Return (TSR). Books-A-Million, Inc. (NASDAQ: BAMM) 3.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.48, versus $0.43 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166.9 million, versus $150.8 million reported last year.

Endocyte, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECYT) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.30), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34).

Regions Financial (NYSE: RF) 2.9% HIGHER; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately $900 million of its common stock as part of its plan to repurchase the $3.5 billion of Series A Preferred Stock issued to the U.S. Treasury Department under the TARP Capital Purchase Program.
