Dragonwave, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRWI) 13.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.23), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $13.59 million. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $12-$15 million, versus the consensus of $16.34 million.

PVH (NYSE: PVH) 4.2% LOWER; raises Q4 EPS from $1.03-$1.05 to $1.08-$1.10, vs. cons. $1.07, raises FY11 from $5.23-$5.25 to $5.28-$5.30; sees FY12 $5.90-$6. Click here to see the full report.

Tractor Supply (Nasdaq: TSCO) 3.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 comps rose 7.6 percent, sales came in at $1.24 billion. The Street was looking for sales of $ billion. Sees FY11 EPS of $2.97-$2.99, vs. the consensus of $2.91. The company had previously expected EPS of $2.75-$2.82.

Monster Beverage Corporation (Nasdaq: MNST) 3% HIGHER; today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 2-for-1 split of its common stock which will be effected in the form of a 100% stock dividend. On February 15, 2012 each stockholder will receive one additional share of common stock for each outstanding share of common stock held at the close of business (Eastern Time) on February 6, 2012.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOR) 2.7% HIGHER; today announced it became aware that an investor blog is preparing to issue a report regarding the Company's marketing and business practices. Chevron (NYSE: CVX) 2.6% LOWER; sees Q4 earnings significantly lower than Q3.

LINN Energy, LLC (Nasdaq: LINE) 2.5% LOWER; announced today that it plans to conduct a public offering of 17,000,000 units of its limited liability company interests pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. LINN Energy expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,550,000 units. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to repay a portion of the indebtedness outstanding under the Company's revolving credit facility.

Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) 2.4% LOWER; is offering 5,750,000 common shares in an underwritten public offering.

Wynn Resorts (Nasdaq: WYNN) 1.5% LOWER; in a 13D filing from Aruze USA Inc, a unit Universal Entertainment, the firm disclosed on Jan. 11th, Kazuo Okada filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus in the District Court of Clark County, Nevada against Wynn to compel the company to produce certain of its books and records. The filing from Aruze/Universal says they are evaluating recent events and will take whatever action that they deem necessary and appropriate to protect the value of their investment in Wynn.

Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Nasdaq: SNTA) 1% HIGHER; has closed its underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $4.40 per share. Net proceeds to Synta are approximately $28.6 million.

Regions Financial (NYSE: RF) 1% LOWER; reports agreement to sell Morgan Keegan to Raymond James (NYSE: RJF) for $930M.

Pepsi (NYSE: PEP) 0.3% LOWER; a WSJ report which suggests the company's Tropicana did not warn the FDA of fungicide in its orange juice.
