Churchill Capital Corp VII (CVII) Said in Talks with India's Byju - Bloomberg
Online education provider Byju is advance talks to go public through a merger with Churchill Capital Corp VII (NYSE: CVII), according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.
The startup in India has held talks with several potential SPAC partners and is farthest along with Churchill Capital. Under preliminary terms Byju would raise a total of $4 billion and seek a valuation of about $48 billion.
