On October 18, 2017, John D. Seldenrust, Senior Vice President Engineering Services of The Williams Companies, Inc. and WPZ GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. (collectively Williams), notified Williams of his intent to retire effective December 31, 2017.
