   “Cash Generated for Distribution or Investment in Additional Growth” (CGFDI) is a non-GAAP measure that provides insight into the cash generated by the Company, which management has available for distribution to shareholders or for reinvestment into the business. This measure is calculated by adding “Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities” to “Expenditures for and Acquisition of Real Estate to Be Sold” and subtracting “Capital Distribution to Non-Controlling Interests”, “Principal Payments for Debt”, “Principal Payments Under Finance Lease Obligation”, and “Maintenance Capital Expenditures”.
