On March 11, 2022, Mohawk Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the promotion of Clifford Suing (age 57) to the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the Company, effective March 11, 2022, succeeding Steven H. Lee in such positions. Suing will serve in such positions on an interim basis while the Company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Suing joined the Company in June 2009 as Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s Home business from that time until July 2013, when he was named the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s Global Ceramic segment.
Mr. Lee is leaving the Company to pursue another opportunity but will remain with the Company for a period of time to facilitate the transition.
