On November 11, 2022, Modiv Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. initiated coverage of the Company with a “Buy” recommendation and price target of $18.50 per share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
