Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 10, 2021, Mr. Greg G. Maxwell notified the Board of Directors of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company for personal reasons, with such resignation effective immediately. Mr. Maxwell’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
