(b) On July 14, 2021, Dana L. Crandall notified First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (the “Company”) that she was retiring as a Director of the Company effective at midnight on November 1, 2021. Her retirement is not related to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
