On January 12, 2023, Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the telehealth company Favor (formerly called The Pill Club) is now a specialty pharmacy provider of Phexxi® (lactic acid, citric acid and potassium bitartrate).
