Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 28, 2021, Robby Edmiston, Chief Accounting Officer of Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intent to resign from his position, effective April 16, 2021. Mr. Edmiston’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company’s financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments. Tiffany Mason, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s interim principal accounting officer through the conclusion of the search process for a successor to Mr. Edmiston.
