Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Members of the senior management team Coty Inc. (the “Company”) are scheduled to meet with investors and analysts on September 13, 2021. During the meeting, the Company intends to reaffirm its guidance, trends and strategic information that was discussed in the Company earnings press release dated August 26, 2021 (the “Earnings Release”) and related earnings call on August 26, 2021, a transcript of which is available at the Company’s Investors Relations website at https://investors.coty.com. The guidance, trends and strategic information reflect the Company’s current views with respect to, among other things, the impact of COVID-19 and potential recovery scenarios and the other factors discussed in the Earnings Release and related earnings call. No other information included in, or accessible through, the Company’s website is incorporated into this Current Report. The Company does not intend to further update or comment upon its guidance except during its regularly scheduled quarterly earnings calls.
