Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 13, 2022 , Braze, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
