Blueprint Medicines Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders on June 2, 2021. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at the meeting.

Demetri, M.D. and Lynn Seely, M.D. as Class III directors, each to serve for a three-year term expiring at the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders and until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified.
