(the “Registrant”) being registered hereunder, reference is made to the information set forth in Exhibit 4.4 “Description of Securities” to the Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on March 10, 2020, which Exhibit 4.4 shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein. Any reference therein to the “NYSE American” as the exchange on which the Registrant’s common stock is traded is hereby updated to instead refer to the “Nasdaq Capital Market,” effective upon the date on which this Registration Statement on Form 8-A is effective.
