In regard to our public disclosures dated February 17, 2017 and February 20, 2017, Turkcell Enerji Çözümleri ve Elektrik Satış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, established by our fully owned subsidiary Turktell Bilişim Servisleri A.Ş., is continuing its preparation process in order to apply to EMRA for an electricity supply license.
