Announcement of Death of a Director

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of LG Display Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announces with sympathy that Mr. Byungho Lee (“Mr. Lee”), an outside director and also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company passed away on November 7th, 2022. Mr. Lee, a professor of school of Electrical and Information Engineering at Seoul National University, had acted as an outside director of the Company since March 15th, 2018.

The Company and the Board would like to thank the late Mr. Lee for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and we extend our deepest condolences to his family.
