To all Oclaro Employees:

Today we announced that we have received antitrust regulatory approval in the United States for the merger with Lumentum.  This now leaves the approval of the Oclaro shareholders and antitrust regulatory approval in China as the two significant remaining items that must be obtained for the merger to become final.  Until these approvals are received and the merger closes, Oclaro and Lumentum will continue to operate as two separate companies.

Thanks for all of your support.
