The Quarterly report on Form 10-Q of Trend Innovations Holding Inc. for the period ended June 30, 2022, could not be filed on schedule due to extended time needed for the Registrant to compile its financial information. The Registrant expects to file the Quarterly Report within the extension period of five calendar days provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
