Spindletop Oil & Gas Co. is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2022, without unreasonable effort and expense due to the late receipt of information required from purchasers of oil and gas and from third party operators. These delays, in part are due to restrictions on work related to the global pandemic.

Net income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2022, is anticipated to increase as compared with net Income for the same period in 2021. In 2021 we reported a net income of $91,000. We anticipate that the Company will report a net income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2022, in the range of approximately $1,650,000 to $1,750,000.


Total revenues are expected to have increased approximately $2,100,000 for the six-month period ended June 30, 2022, compared to that reported for the same period of 2021. Total expenses are expected to increase by approximately $400,000 compared to that previously reported for the six-month period ended June 30, 2021.
