FutureTech II Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022 (the “Q2 2022 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company was in the process of finalizing the financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and needed additional time to complete and finalize such financial statements. The Company filed its Q2 2022 Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended on August 16, 2022.
